Newcastle Hospitals cannot answer any personal queries about vaccine appointments. If you have any queries please ring 119.
Before you come
Please make sure you are wearing a short sleeve so we can vaccinate you easily.
Carers for frail patients are welcome to attend with their relative.
The centre is fully accessible and wheel chairs are available on site but are limited please speak to staff when you arrive.
Getting to the Centre for Life
The centre is located near to public transport links to Newcastle Central Station and bus connections.

When you arrive
Please enter through the main entrance of the Centre for Life at the front.
When you arrive you will be asked for your appointment time and you will be directed into one of three queues depending on your time slot.
Although there were long delays when the centre first opened these have been resolved. But if you are at all concerned please speak to one of our team when you arrive and we will do all we can to help you.
There are plenty if seats available for those who are not able to stand and these are regularly sanitised in-line with government guidance.
There are easily accessible toilets available.
